Section 26
Only one court petition is maintainable
(1) If a person has registered different petitions in different courts on the same matter, with the consent of both sides of the case, the petition of one court shall be maintained and the other court informed about it.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if a court receives information that a petition registered in such court will be maintained or dismissed, the court receiving such information shall maintain and dismiss the petition in its court accordingly.
(3) If the parties cannot agree according to sub-section (1), the court in which the complaint was first registered shall be maintained and the complaint filed in the other court shall be dismissed.
